Where do I start I've been an customer for 4yrs on contract. I've had so much trouble calling call centre if u frget one thing in ur security questions they ask u then ur call is null n void meaning u cn b in an emergency then they cnt help u. Cz u answered wrng. Also I have an top up contract with them n when I load airtime it's I cnt mke any calls frm it n its always when u in an emergency then u cnt call. Dnt get me started on the minutes they give u in ur package!!! This is worthless as u can only call certain numbers. Now let me explain u get free minutes to call cell c numbers n u get anytime minutes. And even with that u cnt call any number with there is restrictions. And u would actually get an msg saying the subscriber u have dialed is unavailable at the moment.
