Dissatisfaction with cell c service

I feel hard done by the service I received from this service provider today. I bought an infiniti package that allocateshe 1 gig of data per month. Today this data was completed torally within an hour. On enquiring I was told to wait for 48 hours for investigation. I was told that in that mean time I shouldn't recharge. Imagine waiting for this long to access emails and related services.
