DISSAPPOINTED BUT AAZI SAVED THE DAY

I settled my contract with Cell C 2 months ago and last night they decide to debit my account. I called to resolve the matter and spoke to the most amazing customer services controller by the name of AAZI ( I hope i have the correct spelling) to him I would like to say.

YOU WERE RESPECTFULL AND FOR ALTHOUGH YOU HEARD THAT I WAS IRATE YOU KEPT YOUR COOL AND THAT IN TURNED COOLED ME DOWN. I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH MY INTERACTION WITH YOU. I WISH MORE COMPANIES HAD PEOPLE LIKE YOU. YOU ARE A DIAMOND AND I HOPE CELLC APPRECIATE YOU.
