Dissappointed

Good day, The reason I am writing this email is out of frustration as I have not been receiving the promised service of excellence from you guys. I handed in my device for repairs on 23 August, and till to date I have not received my device back. To make matters worse, the "courtesy phone" I received is not working and no one whatsoever is making the effort to assist me. Perhaps Im not a valued customer after all. I am absolutely disappointed in the service of Cell C and Hollard to say the least. Thank you
