Dissappearing Data, Trust Cell C?

Recently discovered my pebble router ran out of data, fine and dandy it nearly month end it happens but when i checked how much was left i noticed even my Midnight date is gone which made me wonder whats going on i called customer support with zero to none help. Got transfer from pillar to post, and when i requested the manager i was told they will take my number and call me back. To no surprise no call. So be warned they clearly cant be trusted. My contract expires in 4 month and i am seriously considering cancelling.
