DISSAPOINTING SIM PORTING

I have ported my MTN sim card to CellC about 4 months back, i was not happy from the 1st week...and the reason I ported my MTN sim is that I wanted low data rates and the promotion they had about the free whatsapp and facebook. I activated the free whatsapp and facebook which never worked if i didn't have data as much as they had adverts on tv still promoting the free facebook and whatsapp. Now the promotion is no longer available and they have a R5 whatsapp that gives you 1GB for 30days...That is working occasionally, messages are delaying or they come through when you are go online. The data even if you have, it comes and goes, not reliable at all. Everything is just too poor, i buy airtime using my bank account, it doesnt reflect promptly. You sell cheap but not a reliable network and mind you its not my phone or location. I have the best smartphone and best area to leave at but a lousy network. I was very happy with MTN and the 1st week i got these problems of these many issues i went back to port back and i was told to wait for 3months for me to go back and i have been stuck with hell since, and i am glad i can go back now. Cell c put your house in order please!!!!
