Dissapointing service

I had 2 contracts with cell C..i closed both of them and followed their procedure to call them in advanced. 2 to 3 years later, Their details are still under my credit record of which it reflects bad for my affordability when im applying for any credit. i tried to call couple if times with no assistance. Now a very rude Urgent told me i need to request a paid up letter from the company.
