DISSAPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so disappointed in the service received by the cell c insurance. I booked in my phone for repairs as it fell. A week later since I booked the phone in , I call to check on the progress of my phone, the sales person tells me I filled in the wrong forms? The forms that was handed to me by Cell C? I further go to the store whereby the I booked the phone in to sign the "new forms" and 4 days later I call the insurance to then check the update on the forms and they then tell me they have not received the forms from the store. I must now fill in forms again after 2 weeks of my phone just sitting there and no one getting back to me? really disappointing
