DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!

I was so disappointed with the service i received from Cell C. My problem was that i had called Cell C to cancel my contract as it was approaching the 24month period. I specifically told the consultant that i would like to keep my number as prepaid, which was not done as i requested. On top of that i was not advised by the consultant that the data (16gb or more) which was currently on the sim would get forfeited. I was only aware that once i cancelled the contract there after i would not receive any data in the following months to come and so onwards. I feel the consultant never did his job correctly because he was suppose to explain evertything to me as a client who was faithfully paying my monthly contract on time! When i called in again to rectify the problem, after the consultants reviewing the initially call recordings, i was assured that a manager was going to call me, which was almost a week ago and i am still waiting. Never once did i forget to pay my contract so i am really amazed that my problem was not taken seriously. I do not think i will ever take anotger contract with Cell C again and i will advice everyone whom i know not to do so aswell.
