Dissapointed beyond reproach

I am beyond dissapointed by the service I received from Cell C. I cannot believe that a corporate company of this magnitude would not be able to process the correct order for my new contract. Firstly, the wrong phone was sent to me today, however, the really concerning part is that nobody contacted me to ask me if that is the phone that I wanted, it was just sent to me. I have made numerous attempts to make contact with Precious (outbound agent) who sold the contract to me, with no success. Every time I made contact with someone, they 'apparently' sent her an urgent mail and cc'd her manager in to the mail and promised that she would call me back but up until today she did not contact me back. This is now 3 weeks later and still no Precious contacting me. Not sure where those mails went to. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife but turned into a nightmare instead. I will never ever recommend for anybody to do business with Cell C ever again. I am beyond shocked at the level of service. I am beyond disappointed and beyond saddened that I will not be able to give this give to my wife as a present this Christmas. For your sake, I hope you guys get this right in future and no customer has to go through this.
