DISSAPOINTED

Be careful when taking contract with CELL C and CELL C INSURANCE DEVICE underwritten by HOLLARD. Its almost 2 months now with no phone the claim was processed on the 01/04/2023 and because of an internal error now I am suffering. They are still taking money from my account though for the contract as well as the insurance. I went and bought a new phone on my account as I could not stay without a phone for such a long time. I need this phone for work purposes and also rely on this phone when the school needs me if there's an emergency concerning my family. Now I have 2 pay 2 instalment one to CELL C for nothing and one to the store I took the new phone from. The worst part is that I had to take a phone using their NETWORK in order for me put my contract sim card to that phone. Thanks to HALLO PETER at least now there's someone who is communicating with me and trying to sort the matter.
