Dissapointed
After leaving a review about Cell C in January,they called me and arranged to cancel the my wifi contract.The gentleman explained to me that it will be cancelled after explaining to him why I wanted it cancelled and assured me I won't be debited any longer.And low and behold,I just got debited now.So if I have a verbal agreement for you guys to cancel my contract,this is *****ing.So I expect an explanation and apology for why my money was ******.Or will have to take it further.
