Disrespectful Moses
I'm surprised Cell C is saying moses has been helping me with mu complain when all he did was disrespect me. the guy was so full of himself. I told him the consultant helped me with the Smart040 numbers and he didn't even wanna listen and ask me that guy that is from which office? to me that was to say he is better than that guy so I must listen to him which I did. he told me he called to 'educate me' I took that as he is saying im stupid. I asked him what is he calling about? he told me he wants to tell me cell c wont pay me the money back as I subscribe to the smart thing. im so disappointed he even called to undermine me. the call centre guy I spoke to was 100 times better than that Moses guy.
