Disrespectful Cell C call centre agent hangup a PHONE !!!!!!!!
Tell your Disrespectdul Nokuthula to respect customers and NEVER HANG up a phone on us EVER again if she still wants to have a peaceful job.

02 Feb 2024, 19:19So we took a sim only deal for my life partner under her name, which was for 6Pinnacle 10GB for about R998, then we issued a notice to cancel the contract around 8 Dec 2022, then we were told we will be charged for 8 Dec to 8 Jan as a cancellation policy, then Jan she received a statement amounting to R419. which was for the new billing. Then she was billed R1800 this week while her sim is cancelled and not active, what is this charge for ? we call in for a solution and this disrepectful Nokuthula hangs up on us, how unprofessional !!!
