DISRESPECTFUL CELL C AGENT- THULISILE RADEBE

I'm appalled by the level of service I received from THULISILE RADEBE from CELL C, from the cancelations department. She was EXTREMELY rude. While I was speaking to her she would go silent on me, leaving me to wonder if she was doing something on her computer to assist me or she just didn't want to talk to me. She kept asking me if there's anything more she can assist me with, as if she was ending the call. Her tone was very disrespectful. The other agents I spoke to were very well mannered, that lady is very rude. I will follow up with my query, as a disciplinary action must be taken.
