Disrespectful call centres
I was enquiring about my contract. The lady (recorded) started shouting at me. She said that she was telling me the truth. I was sooo rattled by her shouting, I couldn't state my case. I asked her several times why she was rude, she said I m telling you the truth. Others **** to you. But the previous call I had the lady was so friendly and helpful. Not as rude as this one of today Im sooo shocked that I didn't finish my business at all.
Call came through at 15.30- 15.45 today omw. Im stillbun shock. Im a pensioner. We deserve respect regardless of our age. Sorry Cell C... This was gross. 😥😥
