Disrespectful Call center agent - Wonderboy

I just received a call by agent, who had told me I'm wasting his time, who is rude and does not deserve to work for any call center. Agents name was Wonderboy call from +*** at 11:35. I work for a call center and I don't appreciate anyone speaking to me in the tone he spoke to me. Because we train our agents to respect customers.
