Disrespected, Ignored and Frustrated

I keep on emailing Cell C and no reply.I'm not happy with my reception in Sandton where I work and now that 2 of my contracts are expiring soon I want to give notice that I don't want to continue with the contract,only to be told I have to wait exactly 30 days before I can give notice regardless if I'm happy with the service or not.I have reported my unhappiness on Hello Peter before but nothing came of it.I even went to Cell C in Sandton City where I told the manager Neren that I am unhappy with my Cell C reception and that I have complained about it via Email as well as Hello Peter but it's still poor reception and Cell C is not getting back to me.He told me I am taking my frustrations with Cell C out on them.I told him I am in a Cell C store so I am sure I can complain.He didn't care that I was unhappy and told me I have to call Cell C and I can only give notice of cancellation 30 days before my contract expires - \that's business".He didn't sort out my problem and he told me to have a nice day when I left"
