Disregard of Contractual Agreements

On the 31st December, 2015, I entered into two agreements with CellC, totaling R95 p.m. Since December, 2016, CellC have been debiting my banking account with arbitrary amounts varying from R121,50 up to R131,51. They have even gone as far as to upgrade my agreement without my consent. I have contacted their customer service on a number of occasions, asking them to explain and rectify those charges and go back to my original agreements, but, in spite of acknowledging their mistakes, nothing has materialized so far.

I expect CellC to honor their commitments.

Your agreement has not been upgraded and there are no errors. The extra charges are due to the price increase which came into effect on the 1st February 2017 as per the Terms and Conditions of your agreement. Please note that communication was sent regarding these changes.
One of our consultants will contact you and explain further.

If what you state is correct, and the price increase came into effect on the 1st February, 2017, how do you explain the higher charges in December and January? Please refer to my letter to you of the 14th February, 2017, pointing out the discrepancies. Besides, is an increase of over 25% reasonable, and this brought in without notification? Much explanation is called for.
