Disregard complaint to Hello Peter, no response.

Regarding my complaint Cell C . Cell C (Moses) did call my husband on Friday 5 June 2015 and after telling the whole story again he was advised that his supervisor will call him back. My husband asked him if this will be on the same date and it was confirmed. My husband also told him that he belief that the Cell C employees do not update the states on enquiries and correspondence and Moses rep**** that he belief it to be true. On Monday 8 June 2015 I received a mail to confirm proof of payment, my husband again advised Cell C that this issue is not resolved yet and he was advised that it will be send to legal department and they will contact me or Jaco with-in 2 working days. This only proof the point that Cell C did not handle the case correctly and still don't. I loose all business contacts and business due to the actions by Cell C and I need to know how they will resolve this issue and pay back any losses suffered due to their negligence.<br> <br> Baking cakes is my only extra income and I need this to survive. This does not seem to bother Cell C.<br> Please can Cell C restore my number so I can be in contact with the clients who will still contact me and my children and husband. Ilze Herbs
