DISREGARD AND NEGLIGENCE

I Went into Cell C head office on Friday 23rd October, to open an Infinity contract. I sat there for 3 hours getting all the information that the consultant needed and still because of their incompetence, I left cell c with nothing. No contract no device. <br> They promised to have everything ready by Saturday morning. And to my surprise NOTHING AGAIN. They gave me the New IPhone 6s Plus which I have not signed for at all. It is Tuesday, I am still on the Vodacom network and when I call into Cell C, they tell me that I am not registered on the network AT ALL. I NO LONGER WANT THE CONTRACT. I WILL UPGRADE MY VODACOM CONTRACT. CELL C CAN COLLECT THEIR OPEN DEVICE FROM MY HOME!
