Displeased

I have recently upgraded my contract with Cell C to the Samsung note 10 Lite, recently I notice there is a promotion to get a Free Samsung Active 2 with the very same Package I took in actual fact i am paying more and i do not get the Active Watch. When i contact Cell C they tell me there is nothing they can do. Very displeased with this situation, truly i am not one to complain but this is seriously annoying me especially if im paying more and getting less.
