DISPLEASED!!!

I am displeased with Cell C because I had an account with them that I paid up on the 20th of November 2018 but the account still appears unpaid on the ITC yet i was told it will be updated after 30 days of making my final payment. I was being harrassed day and night via sms's and phonecalls but now that they have recieved the money they are not bothering to fix the problem and the fact that you have to hold minimum of 30 minutes to get through to their offices doesn't help at all.
