Displeased

I had done a telephonic contract with CellC on the 7th of April. The agent advised the phone would be delivered within 5to7 working days. I got an sms the next day with my reference number. Today on the 21st there has been no communication nor an update on the status of my order. I took it upon myself to call customer care just to find out about my order. All the agen said was she can't track my order or access my account, I am not yet contracted to CellC so she can't check for me but she advised I should just wait and the order will come when it comes. I am so disappointed in the appalling service I have received
