Dispicable Staff Memebers

<p>I was contacted by one of the consultants (Jane Lekgate). A very rude lady who didnt bother to explain the reason for the call and demaned I give her the account holders contact details. When I asked, in connection with? She became extremley rude and threatened to block my line. Few minutes later indeed my line was blocked. All I needed was for her to explain the reason for the call and why I should give out personal contact numbers. Her tone of voice and back chatting a client is horrific. I am very angry and disappointed. Never will I renew my contract with cell c or recommend it to anyone. They call it a customer service whereas they dont deliver any of that. I am disgusted!!!!!</p>
