Dismissive agent
I spoke with Nomadhlozi from the head office collections team who was supposed to transfer me to a supervisor, but instead, thinking that she'd get into trouble I'm guessing, she decided to call me back and throw me into the queue again to customer services. Very displeased because this is completely disgraceful. I think her service was putrid and she needs to be trained agan on her s****s. Trained or disciplined but no business should have employees taking chances like this. Big or small, its business being thrown away especially seeing as I've just upgraded with you guys.

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
