Dismal service, *********** staff

I changed my debt order date from the 27th of the month to the 1st of the month end March 2020. Its been 10 months and I have to do an EFT every month because Cell C does not take the debt order. My banking details have not changed at all but that seems to be the excuse the call center agents keep using. 10+ Agents have not been able to resolve this but if you ask to peak to management they say it will get escalated but nothing gets done. The service is dismal and all the staff seem to be ***********.
