Dismal Service
On 2 December 2022 I lodged a ***** dispute with Cell C. I received a case number and was advised that I can expect feedback within 48 hours. To date I have not received feedback. I called Cell C customer care on 20 December 2022 only to be advised the matter is being investigated by the back office and the consultant I was speaking to can only 'urge' it on her side. Still no feedback from Cell C. Dismal service on such a serious matter!!!!
