Cancellation [Incident: ***] It has been at least four days and I am still waiting for a call from Cell C to finalise the cancellation of my contract. Absolutely useless. I have been to one of their outhets at The Glen and was given a number to phone....... nobody andwers that phone so I emailed and was told in the reply that someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Still waiting. No wonder they are going bankrupt!!!!

Thank you for confirming. Just surprised that I did not get the phone call as per email response, hence the rating on Hello Peter
