Dismal service

Disgusted with cell c after numerous attempts to unblock my phone that was paid up last year September it still hasn't been unblocked. I sent through the paid up letter and was told that i need to go to a cell c store i went and they said they could not unblock it that legal has to unblock it. To make matters worse cell c has given my number to someone else. A number that is linked to all my personal stuff was given to someone else even though i paid up the phone. Cell c is *******ly keeping my property blocked and is in violation of the contract that once a device is paid up i take ownership of it. I will be persuing legal action and opening a case of theft against you'll
