Disinterested unprofessional and lazy staff

I wanted to consolidate my various contracts for phones and laptops into one contract. I have a Samsung Trend Neo and when I told the staff member that her reply was that they don't have inexpensive phones like that and their contracts start at R500 per month. Now I know that is a lie but who wants to deal with a company like that anyway. They could have consolidated 4 contracts now I shall be passing the word around via social media just how useless a bunch of oxygen ******* they are!!
