Dishonesty, *********

On the 31/08/2017 I received a disturbing sms from Cell C that my Contract was Cancelled WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I made an attempt to make a follow up, which was a living nightmare I spoke to a young lady by the name of Nqobile Hlongwane. She **** to me without any remors, she stated with attitude: I'm not allowed to give out my surname as it is COMPANY POLICY. She clearly has no respect for her job and why is QA not assessing her calls managers do nothing about this. Cell C has **********, dishonest agents. The fact that the company is doing nothing about this really means alot. We as customers are being bul**** by agents they refuse to assist with any query thats challenging. If Nqobile Hlongwane can LIE to customers like that, this means there is no discipline within Cell C agents, poor work ethic, revolting behavior from Nqobile Hlongwane she speaks to other agents while I speak with her. And the Legal department Never answer any calls , it seems as if agents just put us on hold, cause if Nqobile Hlongwane can LIE about the company policy that means alot ***** is happening within the company Zamakhule Bhengu gave me a direct number to the legal department ********** 600 that number doesn't go through. Agents Give us FALSE information, till today I cannot get through to the Legal Department. Now my life should be onhold because agents are lazy to assist customers
