Dishonesty at its best
I claimed the insurance on the 3rd January and to this day nothing has been said but they were quick to debit the money, every time I call I am told to wait for 14 days, I am annoyed and can't wait to cancel the contract. The consultants are useless they always telling me that the claim was sent to the underwriters. Where were those underwriters when I took the contract???
