dishonesty and disappointing behavior

disappointing behavior and dishonesty from Cell C Legal consultant. I made a payment on the 26/02/2019 using the reference number sent to me via SMS. I called in this morning to check if they received my payment. I then spoke to a lady by the name of KATLEGO PULE, she had the obesity to LIE on the telephone deliberately claiming that she can't see my payment. I then sent my (POP) proof of payment and to my surprise when I called to check if they had received my proof of payment, the gentlemen that assisted me was highly helpful and had knowledge of what his doing. He Confirmed that my payment is reflecting on their system, and my payment reflected on the 27/02/2019 his customer service is excellent and he listens. However KATLEGO PULE is misleading clients and giving us false information is a huge concern, how many other clients did KATLEGO PULE mislead and there was no manager onsite @ 08:15 this morning. We as customers are being bul**** by consultants that don't respect their job, lack of proper work ethics.
