DISHONESTY

I had a 2 year contract with cell c, I cancelled my contract last year in may and called them in June to confirm that they have received my e-mail for cancellation which they confirmed that they have and that the account is fully paid up . They said the account is fully PAID UP. This was 2014.<br> <br> 2 Weeks back i app**** for a contract phone, i was declined when i called transunion i was informed that my account with cell c is still opened. I called them yesterday and they adviced me that i still owe them 70 rands, they didnt even call me to inform me , as far as i was told my account was paid up and now all of a sudden im in errears i cant apply for credit.<br> <br> They dont know how to treat their consumers, i will never do business with them ever again. i cant believe i once liked this network.I dont mind paying the 70 rands but the TRUST is GONE. AND i want everyone to know about their ill behavior.<br>
