One month before my contract expired in January 2015, I informed Cell C that I no longer wanted a contract and would like to convert to pay as you go. I was told by the Atrium Branch that I owed R29.80. I paid this on 20/12/2014. In January 2015, Cell C sent me an sms stating that I owed them R206.86 and that they had listed me with a credit bureau. I paid this on 20/1/2015. I asked Cell C to confirm that they had converted my contract to pay-as-you-go. I received no response. Call to Cell C was rudely cut off., In March 2015, I received an sms from Cell C stating that they had allocated airtime to me. I do not want this. I then received an sms that when I paid the R 206.86, I underpaid by R35.00. This is not true. The R 206.86 was the final figure given to me by Cell C. I find Cell Cs behaviour repulsive and want my contract terminated and substituted by a pay-as-you-go.
