Dishonest - STAY AWAY FROM CELL C

Can someone out there please recommend a professional phone network company. A company that don't promise their customers lies. I really need to port my number asap. I am so sick of the pathetic service from Cell C all the time. I ordered a phone for my contract upgrade. They told me it will be delivered in 3 - 5 working days. When I call on the 5th day am told so many stories. First I was told the van that was delivering my phone was hijacked. After being sent back and forth they end up telling me that they actually don't have stock of the phone that they promised me and we agreed on. They then offered me a different phone, I went through the process again. Only to be told days later again that they actually don't have stock on that phone as well. I escalated the matter to the team leaders via email. No response or whatsoever from anyone. Then I get an sms saying: We hope we resolved your query to your satisfaction. When no one ever called me back! How pathetic. No integrity at all. They are dishonest and don't give a damn about their customers. They will promise and never deliver. STAY AWAY FROM CELL C.
