Trust you are well. I want to lodge a formal complaint regarding the above mentioned contact number. I received a call from an agent from your headoffice last year to offer me a simcard with more data which i accepted and she mentioned that its a sim only deal i can cancel anytime only to find out its a 24 month contract i only found out today when i wanted to cancel the deal since i took a laptop which contains the same amount of data as the current one.

I do believe that all calls are recorded,please listen to the call and provide feedback,it was in May - July 2021. I want to cancel the contract because i need the laptop.
