Dishonest sales pitch

Good day,<br> <br> Seeing that Cell C is not responding to Facebook, I will try hellopeter.<br> <br> I am beyond angry with your call centre. Your agent tried to trick me into a new contract. First she asked if I didn't want a new phone. I said NO, I was happy paying on a month to month basis. Then she said I qualified to reduce my call rate / minute. She told me she was going to convert it. She asked for my contact details / personal information etc... and then quickly said their was a 5 day cooling off period and that my contract would be for 2 years. When I objected, she told me \but it's a cheaper call rate". Honestly"
