DISHONEST PRACTICES !!!!!!
Cellc's disgusting, dishonest business practice Disgusting business practice ! I bought a month-to-month Smart Data package from a CellC telecanvasser. I never once had occasion to use it so phoned in today to cancel it. Imagine my horror and surprise when I was informed by the call centre that CellC had UNILATERALLY changed the terms and I would have to pay a huge cancelation fee !!!!! Surely this flies in the face of any consumer act and business practice ????
