Dishonest marketing by CELL C

My contract which was upgraded started on 17 October 2020. Firstly Cell C suspended my service citing non payment despite two calls giving permission to debit my account. They did not do so and suspended my account. Secondly the offer was not honored. Cell C promised 330 anytime minutes, 120 Cell C minutes, 2gb data, unlimited SMS. I was informed that only a limited amount will be given. This is not in keeping with the offer. I asked to speak to the supervisor. Kathelego was to call on Saturday. Still have not been contacted.
