DISHONEST, FAILURE TO ACCOUNT FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND FAILING TO LIVE BY THE VALUES THEY PROMISED TO ME WHICH WHERE RECORDED!
Cell C is Dishonest and Fail to stand by its Values, not happy once again!
My contract simcard just stopped working, I had called cell c they acknowledged the fault and adviced that I buy a new simcard and they will move all my contacts, data and airtime into a new simcard. I did so, to my Suprise I lost all contacts and now they are charging me exhobitant amount for simswarp where the problem was their not mine. The 2 consultants I spoke to made it clear that they won't charge any cent for simswarp.

You will pay for this! I want that money in my account now so that my other debit order can go through and you must pay the bounced debit order penalty I got from the bank ad well!!!
