Dishonest dealings

i have a two days cell c tablet contract and already want to cancel it. the sale person who contacted me to take the contract totally misled me. had he been honest from the onset i would not have taken the contract.

i was told by the sales person that the total amount i was going to pay for my contract ( tablet and 1G data and 100 minutes) was going to be less than R160.

i was told that because the contract is starting in the middle of the month, i will receive pro rate data and airtime. to my surprise this morning when my sim card was activated, i received pro rata data only.

when i made enquiries as to what is happening, i was told by a rude call centre agent that there is no airtime on the contract i took.

does cell c teach its employees to be dishonest in an attempt to get more sales? where does the agent get the nerve to boldly lie in cell c's name?

i don't want the contract anymore if i don't get what i agreed upon with the agent.

Cell C, i am disappointed by your dishonest and rude employees.

Come take your tablet and let me keep my money!!!
