Dishonest Charlatans

My 91 year old mother can no longer use a phone. I requested her account with Cell C be cancelled 2 years ago yet they insist on denoting her bank account every month. They have never bothered to respond to emails requesting cancellation of the account and they must easily be able to see that the number has not been utilised at all for several years. Taking advantage of an extremely frail 91 year old is easy to do - **************** by these dishonest charlatans
