Dishonest and Mis-selling Cell C

Called the Cell C call centre to upgrade my contract. I specifically asked if there was stock as I needed the device urgently. Was told a clear yes. Device still not received and now being told no stock. Tried to log a complaint with their social media team, they dont have a complaints process (have the screenshots to prove it). Logged a complaint with WASPA and received a lousy SMS saying "device booked no stock" what does that even mean? I am going to submit complaints until an executive calls me to discuss this issue. NCC will be soon. I have references and screenshots of everything.
