Dishonest and *********

After numerous complaints since 16 January 2023, without any effort to resolve it from Cell C's side. I was informed that they established that the tower had been vandalised weeks ago already. My contract expires today, and although Cell C saw the need to take my money for the service I could not use, I would like a refund. You cannot make me pay for data that I cannot use because your network does not work. I have requested a manager to contact me, that was also ignored. So, I guess seeing to it that I am your only customer in this area, you don't have to bother to fix the tower now. However, I would still like my money back. I have purchased a pre-paid sim and loaded it with data in the meantime, but no surprise there, it also lost network before you noticed your tower is vandalised. Nothing has been done about that as well. So if I cannot have the use of the data, then also refund me please. If not, its called *****ing, and people usually go to jail for that, except Cell C, they are becoming such good *********, they can do whatever they want. Ironically, two other cell c numbers on my property works just fine. Guess they use the next town's tower.
