<p>When you want to purchase an extra bundle (data) you can choose between monthly (recurring) or once off (automatically) set on monthly. Once you realised you made a mistake and purchased on recurring you can’t cancel it (phoned 084-140 they confirmed and said if I cancel it now I will lose all the MB and still have to pay for it). </p> <p> </p> <p>That is dishonest, set you up to make a mistake and then make you pay in cash give you no chance to rectify, I do not know but think the consumer protection act should have a look at this </p>
