dishonest

My wife had a contract with cellc which lapsed November 2013.she was told to pay R 340 to cancel the contract but now we are told that she owes R200 and was referred to their collection attorney. When the attorney is called, they (attorney) say that the account was deleted and have no record. Back to cellc we are sent from pillar to post.some consultants are still reffering us to the attorney.reference number ***
