Dishonest

I am not happy with my cellphone contracts I have with you guys and I am failing to get answers, I was paying R808 for 2 phones, upgraded in October and was advised that the new amount will b effective from January I think, November it increased to R828 without any communication , this month its now R972.43 care to explain what's happening?
