DISGUTING SERVICE

My name is Delisile Ngema I bought a new phone on the 26/02/2021 at PEP the phone was a dual sim type of a phone , when i got home i wanted to insert my sim card unfortunately it did not fit because i had it for over 5 years and this phone was only taking thee smaller sim card , i tried to cut it but ended damaging it well i decided to do a sim swap called the call centre they told me to get a new unused sim car and call , the following day ,did just that called the call centre booom they told me i failed the security questions they told me to go to the cellc shop ,monday i went to cellc Oakfields in Benoni i found 3 ladies who were busy with their phones , greeted them and told them i need to do a sim swap they asked for my ID book ,unfortunately i had left it at home and asked them if i can use my driving licence they said no ok i left following day i came back with my ID BOOK then lady who was assisting me by the name of KGABO was so rude and she tried by all means not to assist me but becasue i was also hell bent on getting assistance she finally assisted me but later told me that im very rude and she blatantly told me that in front of everyone who was present at the shop , her collegues and customers

i went away logged a complain on the cellc facebook page , they promisd to get back to me , still today i have not heard from them , well perhaps this is how they work

the call center agents, the shop agents and face book agents ,im very dissapointed by this after using the network for so long

maybe its better i port to a diiferent network then i will get a better service
